Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and carry out daily RCL card distribution across assigned territories within the Philippines.
· Ensure the timely and high-security delivery of credit cards directly to the customer’s registered address.
· Manage daily delivery schedules to prioritize high-value or urgent card requests efficiently.
· Handle physical card inventory and update the manual tracking system to ensure 100% accountability.
· Follow proper "Return-to-Vault" procedures for all undelivered, refused, or returned cards.
· Immediately document and report any security breaches, lost cards, or suspicious field activities.
· Educate customers on the manual card activation steps and essential security features.
· Manage customer concerns on-site and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor immediately.
· Maintain precise records of all delivery attempts, successful handovers, and physical returns.
· Provide the necessary data to update customer delivery statuses in the master database.
· Manage the manual logistics required for bulk card movements to designated collection hubs.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in card operations, secure logistics, or banking field operations.
· Familiarity with tracking logs and basic digital reporting software.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Expert knowledge of geographic routes and local landmarks within the assigned territory.
· Must own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition for daily field operations.
