We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead and execute corporate communications projects across EMEA and APAC. This role focuses on developing clear messaging, supporting executive communications, and coordinating closely with regional and global stakeholders. You’ll work at the center of corporate narrative, media support, and leadership visibility.

- Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, and key corporate narratives tailored to regional needs.
- Write and edit press releases, announcements, statements, media materials, op eds, interviews, talking points, QAs.
- Prepare briefing materials for leadership: trip briefs, interview briefs, panel notes, speeches, scripts, and talking points.
- Produce and update content for the corporate website and blog, working with the website team to ensure accuracy and alignment with the global corporate narrative.
- Regional and internal coordination: coordinate daily with regional communications managers to ensure message consistency and timely execution.
- Serve as the central contact point between regional teams and global corporate communications.
- Align with internal stakeholders (Executive Office, Legal, Marketing, Sustainability, Product, Data, HR) to collect inputs and secure approvals.
- Ensure all materials meet corporate standards and support the company’s global communications strategy.
- Media and external engagement: Support media relations in priority regional markets: coordinate interviews, gather commentary, prepare spokespeople.
- Interact with journalists, producers, event organizers, and other external stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of events, conferences, panels, and leadership speaking engagements.
- Experience 6 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications.
- Strong international exposure, ideally spanning EMEA, APAC.
- Proven experience writing corporate materials: press releases, speeches, messaging.
- Experience coordinating communications with regional teams and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication C1
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong track record with media relations and external communications processes.
- Understanding of media landscapes, cultural differences, and communication practices.
- Understanding of corporate reputation, narrative consistency, and regulatory considerations around public communication.
