We’re looking for a proactive and strategic
Conversion Manager (English & Arabic Speaker) who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core.
Tasks:
Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform
Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation
Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform
Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes
Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic — both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role
Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows
