We are strengthening our Compensation & Benefits function to support a growing international team and evolving people processes.
We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will take ownership of benefits operations, provider management, budgeting, and process improvements across HQ locations.
This role combines operational work with project ownership and cross-functional collaboration across People, Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, IT, and external providers.
Challenges that await you:
- Manage day-to-day employee benefits operations across HQ locations (excluding Mexico)
- Coordinate benefit providers, contracts, and related operational processes
- Lead launches and improvements of benefits programs, including insurance, language-learning, and wellness initiatives
- Drive automation and optimization of Compensation & Benefits processes
- Participate in budgeting, benefits cost control, and financial planning
- Develop and maintain benefits policies, guidelines, and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, IT, and external providers
- Act as a key point of expertise for Compensation & Benefits processes within the company
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Operations, or HR Operations
- Strong experience managing employee benefits in an international environment
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience driving process improvements or automation initiatives is a plus
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Russian language proficiency is required
