At ChillBase we are working on One State which is a unique Social RolePlay game. Our analysts and marketers face daily challenges that force them to reconsider their approaches to player acquisition and retention. What we want to see:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
- Experience managing and moderating Discord communities
- Strong understanding of Canadian gaming culture
- Fluency in English (C1–C2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additionally, it would be great to have:
- Experience working on Role Play projects
- Analytical mindset
- Familiarity with Canadian French is a plus
What you will be doing:
- Build, grow, and structure our gaming community
- Lead and support in-game volunteer teams
- Strengthen communication between the community and the development team
- Create clear and engaging gameplay guides and tutorials
- Gather, organize, and communicate player feedback to developers
- Organize engaging events across social media platforms
- Moderate both in-game and external community platforms (Discord, social media, etc.)
