Cloud Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Cloud Engineer to join our team.
In this position, you will contribute to building a modern, automated and dependable cloud environment that supports essential business operations. Working together with seasoned professionals from a variety of fields, you will help deliver scalable solutions and uphold technical excellence in an energetic and constantly changing setting.
Responsibilities
- Gain a full understanding of the way current build and deployment processes function, together with the pipelines that support them
- Plan, construct and uphold infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for the modernization team, while helping define the direction of the future automation architecture
- Ensure that systems remain stable and scalable through ongoing monitoring efforts and regular performance enhancements
- Assist with platform and capability rollouts across different environments, covering issue detection and the application of corrective measures
- Partner with the cybersecurity team to protect systems and maintain alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and regularly update technical documentation along with engineering standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical professional experience in a related discipline
- Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, preferably using Microsoft Azure
- Good understanding and working experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker/Podman and Helm
- Networking knowledge with a particular focus on containerized environments
- Practical background with CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions including Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Argo or GitHub Actions
- Capable programming skills in C#, Java, Python or a comparable language
- Ability to perform effectively and adjust in a fast-paced and ever-evolving workplace
- Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a B2+ level or above
