We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to support and grow relationships with corporate and retail clients. The role involves promoting Unlimit’s solutions, managing client accounts, and providing professional service and operational support. The position plays a crucial part in driving client satisfaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model in order to effectively promote and upsell Unlimit’s solutions, maintain the growth of the existing portfolio, and help clients optimize their payment accounts activities.
Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these in order to develop stronger and more fruitful cooperation with existing customers.
Supporing the opening and maintaining current accounts for corporate and retail clients.
Providing clients with superior and professional service, support, and follow-up for operational requests.
Qualifications You Bring:
University degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
Experience in similar role in banking or EMI - Proven track record of offering excellent customer support.
Solid understanding of global payment rails and the fintech ecosystem. Basic knowledge of Crypto/Digital Assets is considered a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, analytical, time management, and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful.
Proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations.
Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs.
Native or professional fluency in English is a must.
