Card Scheme & Payments Operations Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Card Scheme Department. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to start a career in fintech, online payments, and card scheme operations.
During the internship, you will work closely with Product, Compliance, Processing, Legal, and PSP teams while gaining hands-on experience with international payment schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Discover, and others.
- Support communication with card schemes and payment partners
- Monitor card scheme bulletins and compliance updates
- Assist with internal documentation and operational processes
- Participate in payment product and scheme implementation projects
- Support initiatives related to 3DS, tokenization, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Research fintech and payment industry trends
- Strong interest in fintech and online payments
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Ability to work full-time from the office
- Hands-on experience in the global payments industry
