Business Workflow Engineer
We are looking for a Business Workflow Engineer to work with us to execute our vision and help us create an even stronger industry-leading organization. You will design and build impactful workflow solutions, drive business change and process improvement while applying our digital principles and contributing collaboratively as part of an agile team.
Responsibilities
- Design and build workflow solutions with Flowable and incorporate them into existing products through api integration
- Drive business change and process improvement applying our digital principles
- Implementation of both functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaboration with peers to share and discuss knowledge through engineering guilds
- Work as part of the Client and Transaction Reporting and AM Regulation agile crew
- Design, build and manage the technology stack for portfolio accounting, trade processing and client and operational reporting
- Management of large, trusted and time-sensitive datasets
- Guide and advise others while keeping abreast of technical developments in the industry
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in workflow design modeling with low code tools such as Flowable, Camunda or Appian
- Knowledge of Java to include SpringBoot - REST API, JPA and Spring Security
- Understanding of transactions
- Equivalent level of bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on a technical subject such as computer science or engineering
- Experience working with agile delivery
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with React including function components, hooks and CSS for customization of Flowable GUI
- Basic knowledge of BPMN
- Understanding of common architecture including MVC pattern with DTO and unit tests
