SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Travel Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the business travel process for SOFTSWISS employees, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and employee-oriented travel experience across the company.
- Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, transfers, and coordinating activities.
- Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, and legal forms.
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines. Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
- Creating, optimising, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
- Analysing and preparing reports on travel spend.
- Interaction with other teams (Legal team, Marketing, HR department).
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience or similar role. In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle business travel process.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Ability to think and act strategically.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners. Acknowledged and proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to work in multitasking settings
- Higher education
- Fluent Russian (spoken and written) will be a plus.
