We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will focus on P&L modeling, margin analysis, and contract coordination, while supporting reporting and operational processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare data-driven insights, and help ensure effective account operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Perform P&L modeling, including factors inclusion, varied commercial models and contract price or rates calculation, utilizing a deep understanding of business operations
- Analyze and control account margin by reviewing forecasts, assessing factors and examining all margin impacts
- Oversee contracts preparation and manage contract review workflow, submitting them to appropriate organizations and ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop, define and manage reports needed for stakeholder decision-making, ensuring efficient data collection, data quality and identification of key metrics
- Organize required meetings, prepare meeting minutes and facilitate discussions for account operational support
- Ensure compliance management within Business Unit accounts
- Assist with preparing governance review materials, monitoring service levels, SLAs, KPIs and assessing risk exposure
- Address ad-hoc tasks related to account operations for Account, Project, Delivery Managers and the Client
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- Understanding of commercial models such as staff augmentation, fixed price, flex pool and managed capacity
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to engage internal and external partners
- Quick learning ability and proactive attitude
- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Analytical skills to process large data sets
- Positive interpersonal attributes including proactivity, diligence and accuracy
- Capacity to handle stress and maintain emotional stability
- Determination to achieve high-quality results with innovative solutions
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
