We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will focus on P&L modeling, margin analysis, and contract coordination, while supporting reporting and operational processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare data-driven insights, and help ensure effective account operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Perform P&L modeling (include factors, evaluate varied commercial models, calculate contract prices or rates) while requiring a deep understanding of the business substance
- Control account margin: review forecast, analyze factors, understand all margin impacts
- Drive contracts preparation and manage contract review workflow: submit contracts to the required organization (legal, finance, delivery), control the status to meet deadlines
- Develop, set, and manage reports required for stakeholders for decision making: determine possible content of reports, collect data efficiently, ensure data quality, determine factors and metrics
- Provide operational support of account: organize required meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and drive meetings
- Manage and develop compliance within Business Unit accounts
- Support Governance reviews: prepare materials for governance meetings, review service levels, SLAs, KPIs, and analyze risk exposure
- Perform ad-hoc tasks from Account, Project, Delivery Managers, and the Client on account operation issues
Requirements
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Understanding how commercial models operate: Staff augmentation, fixed price, flex pool, managed capacity
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Able to learn quickly and display initiative
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and multitasking
- Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data
- Positive interpersonal skills: proactivity, diligence and accuracy

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
