Business Analyst (Freelance/ Project-based)
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in conducting Discovery Phases, particularly for outsourced clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding client needs, identifying competitors, and building a detailed Feature Breakdown List that lays the foundation for the project’s scope.
- Proven experience in conducting Discovery Phases for outsourced clients.
- Expertise in market research and the ability to identify direct competitors and analyze their core features.
- Strong knowledge in identifying user roles and building user role matrices.
- Experience creating feature breakdown lists based on client and market research.
- Ability to provide accurate estimates for creating functional requirements.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and providing proactive advice, especially when the client is unsure or unclear about their requirements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+).
- Experience working in diverse industries(E-commerce, Fintech, Edtech, etc) and with international clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
