Business Systems Support Team is responsible for the administration and effective utilization of corporate systems (around 20 systems). The team ensures stable operation, proper configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of internal business tools to support company processes and efficiency.
System Administration & Configuration:- Execute daily operational tasks, maintenance, and configuration changes within enterprise systems
- Assist in setting up and testing new system modules or minor feature configurations
System Performance & Maintenance:- Perform routine system monitoring to ensure stability and identify minor performance issues
- Assist with scheduled maintenance, patch deployments, and minor upgrades
User Access & License Management:- Manage user account creation, modification, and deactivation in line with access control policies
- Assist in tracking license usage and supporting compliance activities
Cross-Department Collaboration:- Work with business units (e.g., Procurement, HR) to gather requirements for minor system changes
- Communicate system issues and updates to end-users and non-technical teams
Continuous Improvement & Documentation:- Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives through testing and implementation support
- Maintain system documentation and log support activities and system changes
Support & Troubleshooting:- Provide 1st- and 2nd-line support, diagnose issues, and implement known solutions
- Escalate complex issues and ensure timely ticket resolution in line with SLAs
Security & Compliance:- Apply security policies and access controls
- Report risks and support audit activities
Training & Vendor Coordination:- Provide user guidance and assist in developing training materials
- Manage vendor tickets and support vendor-led maintenance and post-upgrade testing
- Strong English (can communicate and write)
- System Administration: Proficiency in managing user accounts, access controls, and security permissions (role-based access control)
- Enterprise Applications: Practical experience with administering and supporting
- IT Service Management: Foundational knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks, especially in areas like incident management, request fulfillment, and change management
- Data & Reporting: Ability to run queries, generate basic reports, and understand data structures within business systems
- Troubleshooting: Systematic approach to diagnosing system errors, identifying root causes, and applying fixes
