We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to join the Internal Marketing team and help shape the future of the EPAM brand. This role will support the development of new enterprise brand initiatives while helping existing sub-brands, offers, and internal programs align within one connected brand system.
You will partner closely with the Senior Creative Director and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, strengthen brand architecture, and ensure new and existing brands can grow together without confusion or overlap. This is a strategic role for someone who sees both the big picture and the moving pieces inside it.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and rollout of new enterprise brand initiatives for EPAM Systems
- Align sub-brands, capabilities, internal programs and emerging offers within a cohesive brand ecosystem
- Identify off-brand, overlapping or fragmented brand activity and recommend strategic solutions
- Partner with the Senior Creative Director to translate brand strategy into effective execution
- Contribute to brand architecture, portfolio strategy, naming systems and messaging frameworks
- Build strategic briefs, presentations and recommendations for leadership teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and business units to drive alignment and adoption
- Support governance efforts that create consistency while allowing rapid innovation
- Monitor brand performance, gaps and opportunities across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, communications or consulting
- Background in technology, consulting, digital services or innovation-led businesses
- Track record of support for brand strategy, launch of new offers and alignment of multiple business lines inside growing or matrixed organizations
- Understanding of brand architecture, sub-brand strategy and portfolio management
- Capability to turn scattered ideas into structured brand systems and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Clear communication, writing and presentation skills to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving business environment
