Backend Engineer (.NET Core)

Join our dynamic team in China as a .NET Core Developer! Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for trade processing, risk analysis, and workflow automation. Collaborate closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that boost operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal tools/applications using C# and .NET Core
• Integrate systems with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Collaborate with our Singapore-based team to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests and resolve production issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience with C# and .NET Core development
• Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles and Git version control
• Proficiency in Mandarin (for regional collaboration) and ability to work with English-speaking leadership
• Exposure to financial systems (trading, risk management, market data feeds) preferred
• Experience with TDD or RAD methodologies preferred
