Meet the Marketing team:

We're the voice of Manychat. A voice that's loud, creative, opinionated, and weird in the best possible way. We combine passion, data, and storytelling to cut through the noise and fuel mad growth.

Your work won't sit in a folder. It'll be out in the world: driving growth, sparking conversations. We're always down to test out new ideas and share learnings, so if you have something up your sleeve, say it! We want to hear it and make it happen together.

• Build brand foundations for a new B2B offering: positioning, packaging, messaging, and visual identity.
• Build and run demand generation campaigns and programs that drive pipeline from leads to opportunities to closed deals.
• Identify and activate prospects within the existing product ecosystem, and own lifecycle and email engagement.
• Arm SDRs and AEs with what they need to win
• Start by leveraging existing marketing resources, as you scale up and build a dedicated marketing team.

• First 3-4 months: Ship the first version of brand and messaging foundations, and a go-to-market vision for the year ahead.
• First full year and beyond: Build and manage the marketing systems that supports a shared ARR goal with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product

You'll need:

• Proven track record building and scaling B2B marketing functions: demonstrated experience, not just adjacent exposure.
• Hands-on experience across some combination of ABM, paid ads and demand generation, events and creative activations, content management, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing/positioning. Yes, you’re a full stack marketer.
• Experience connecting creative strategy and storytelling directly to tangible results.
• Comfort operating independently early on, with the ambition to build and lead a team over time.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $140–$167K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
