We are seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to join our team.
As an AWS Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our AWS-focused business and turning vast amounts of data into actionable insights that drive our partner value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support various aspects of AWS business operations, including CRM management, project management, process improvement, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze AWS-related sales and operational data, including managing internal CRM systems and AWS ACE opportunity pipelines, as well as tracking revenue, consumption, and forecasting trends
- Collaborate with the broader Operations team to ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to maximize return on investment for AWS business activities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Work closely with project teams to ensure AWS opportunities are processed efficiently and successfully
- Support the tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure success criteria are met
- Participate in partner and alliance planning, including fund allocation and risk assessment activities
- Detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to streamline operations
- Implement best practices and automation to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or key product capability to market
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to organize and interpret data and translate findings into actionable steps
- Demonstrated experience in business and partnership operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with financial data
- Project management experience, including proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
- Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Nice to have
- Experience in similar roles within a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI) organization
- Background in building automated self-service reports and dashboards using modern business intelligence tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
