We are looking for a detail-oriented System Automation Specialist to support and enhance HR systems, data quality, and automation workflows.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality HR data across systems, identifying and resolving data issues, and improving automation and integration flows. You will work with tools such as Zoho People, Zoho Flow, and Jira Automation to streamline processes and ensure reliable data operations.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Systems Data Steward (Zoho People and related systems)Data Quality Management- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Proactively identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Data Maintenance & Updates
- Manage employee data updates, including transfers, reporting lines, and organizational changes
- Ensure HR and finance-related data is accurate and up to date
- Reporting & Support
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance to users on HR systems and data-related queries
- Configuration & Enhancements
- Create and maintain system views, reports, and data structures
- Update reference data (e.g., dictionaries, mappings, fields)
- Process Support
- Maintain and update system rules related to Leave, Benefits (C&B), and Workforce Management processes
2. Automation and Integrations (Zoho Flow, Jira Automation)- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Zoho Flow and Jira Automation
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated solutions
- Ensure proper data synchronization across systems
- Optimize existing integrations and workflows to reduce errors, improve performance, and increase reliability
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in HR systems, data operations, or systems automation roles
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and Automation tools
- Experience with Jira and/or Jira Automation
- Strong understanding of data quality management and data validation principles
- Experience working with system integrations and workflow automation
Technical Skills- Ability to design and maintain automation workflows and integrations
- Strong data handling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of APIs or integration logic is a plus
Soft Skills- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
