Appian Administrator

Looking for an experienced Appian Administrator to manage, support, monitor, and maintain Appian environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

Essential functions

• Administer and maintain Appian environments and applications.
• Manage Appian deployments, releases, configurations, and environment-specific settings.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and application security.
• Monitor Appian applications, processes, system health, logs, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 platform support.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations, Connected Systems, Web APIs, REST/SOAP services, and database connectivity.
• Support Appian upgrades, patches, maintenance, backup, and disaster-recovery activities.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Coordinate with Database, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and deployment runbooks.
