The Alternative Distribution Hunter plays a key role in building and sustaining high-value relationships that expand Salmon Financing Inc.’s ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, managing partner engagement, and executing initiatives that drive mutual growth. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with relationship management expertise and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Salmon’s business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles from initial outreach and proposal to contract execution and performance tracking.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with external partners, ensuring shared success and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Manager, ALDI Sales Lead, and Operations teams to develop integrated partnership initiatives.
- Uploading all pertinent documents in CRM and monitoring contract signed to store activations.
- Represent Salmon in industry events, partner meetings, and business forums.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership models within the fintech and financing sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with fintech, lending, or financial services preferred.
