About your role

We are looking for an AI Solo Contributor – a specialist who will join one of the teams working on our flagship project Hero Wars: Dominion Era and, operating in a “human + AI” format, will be able to deliver end-to-end business solutions within the game product.

What you’ll be doing

• Diving deep into the product and identifying growth opportunities
• Formulating initiatives with clear business value
• Owning the full development cycle of product solutions independently: from idea and design / game design to implementation, integration, and final polish
• Creating complete game solutions (new features, modes, mechanics)
• Working as a solo contributor by actively leveraging AI tools
• Bringing  solutions to a production-ready state suitable for release

We hope that you have

• Experience independently launching end-to-end products: games, services, pet projects, or freelance projects
• The ability to take full ownership of outcomes
• Active and intentional use of AI over the past 1-2 years as a core tool for accelerating your work
• The ability to work autonomously without operational oversight
• An understanding of visual product quality (preferably game-related, but any experience with visually assessable results is welcome)

Nice to have

• Experience in game development
• Experience launching commercially successful features or products
• Understanding of product metrics and business impact
• Experience working in high-uncertainty environments
• A portfolio of completed projects primarily delivered independently
