AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop, program and optimize solutions that utilize Artificial Intelligence to address complex problems. This role requires a combination of expertise in software development, data science and data engineering. As an AI Consultant – Generative AI Development, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design, implement and deploy generative AI-based applications that meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on generative AI concepts and applications
• Provide concrete recommendations and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business questions and challenges, and develop action plans to define, design and develop solutions
• Design, develop and program methods, processes and software programs to consolidate, clean and analyze diverse and unstructured data sources
• Develop, implement and optimize Generative AI and Classical AI models together to solve problems
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services
• Document and present results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply generative AI techniques through APIs or custom workflows to solve problems
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in artificial intelligence and Generative AI

Requirements

• At least 2 years of programming experience with Python, Java or C++
• More than 3 years of experience developing generative AI models in a professional environment
• More than 3 years of experience implementing AI models in real-time applications or products
• More than 3 years of experience managing data and creating data pipelines
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics, with experience applying these principles to the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence models
• Skills in exploratory data analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms and model validation techniques
• Proficiency in data visualization, data engineering and data pipeline and manipulation tools
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, data processing techniques and mathematical approaches to imperfect data
• Expertise in developing and implementing generative AI models with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Competency in using vectorized databases to implement RAG-type solutions
• Understanding of data management approaches, including relational databases, data schemas and object, column, triple, graph and/or document stores
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team, solve problems and think critically
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

• Certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science from recognized institutions
