We are looking for an entry-level Agentic Automation Engineer eager to grow in the field of modern AI technologies and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for candidates with basic technical knowledge, a strong willingness to learn, and an interest in agentic automation and large language models (LLMs). Join our team to implement and adapt agentic workflows, integrate AI tools, and ensure data security in innovative projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt agentic workflows using established patterns in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Work with basic prompt types (system and user) and tune model parameters (temperature, top_p, max_tokens)
- Gain understanding of core AI concepts such as LLM context windows, tokenization and multi-modal models
- Set up basic agents by integrating prompts, APIs, data sources and agentic tools
- Configure data grounding (RAG) by connecting agents to Microsoft SharePoint and databases
- Apply security basics, including PII handling and credential management
- Utilize platform logging and monitoring for workflow tracking
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and ask questions paired with basic technical literacy and curiosity about agentic automation and LLMs
- Understanding of automation or scripting basics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure concepts and cloud agent offerings
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry (model evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL Server
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell preferred; Python or JavaScript a plus
- Skills in basic prompt engineering and LLM fundamentals (context windows, tokenization, parameters)
- Competency in basic RAG/data grounding, security hygiene (PII handling, credential management) and platform logging and monitoring
- Expertise in version control with Git and Azure DevOps
- Background in web service / API testing (REST and SOAP)
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with at least one other major cloud provider (AWS or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
