Why This Role Matters
SuperAnnotate AI Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy coordinating activities, communicating with people, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Operations team and support various recruitment, campus outreach, and employee engagement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking.
Support hiring activities, including job postings, candidate communication, and assessment coordination.
Assist in organizing university boot camps, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal events, and company celebrations.
Manage administrative records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
Support internal communications and cross-functional operational activities.
Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and meeting arrangements.
Assist the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in administration, recruitment coordination, customer service, event management, or related functions is an advantage.
Strong Plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience organizing events, university programs, or community activities is a plus.
