As a SENA Apprentice in the Accounting area, you will be responsible for supporting the issuance of certificates, preparing forms, and managing official accounting books. You will also assist in preparing draft responses to customer and supplier inquiries or complaints, responding to tickets, and providing support in other processes within the area.

• Support the issuance of tax certificates for customers and suppliers.
• Prepare draft responses to customer and supplier complaints or inquiries.
• Support the preparation of national magnetic media reporting forms.
• Respond to tickets related to customer requests.
• Support the preparation and printing of official accounting books.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned within the area.



Requirements

• Be available to start the productive stage.
• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
• Be located in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
