3D Generalist

• Working with the visual style (hyper-casual / hybrid-casual games);
• Creating assets and visual elements for games;
• Working with UI;
• Working on marketing creatives, including icons and screenshots.

• Strong sense of composition, form, lighting, and color;
• Ability to generate ideas, propose visual solutions, and implement them into work;
• Experience working with UI and understanding of UX principles;
• Experience with 2D, animation, and integration into Unity, with awareness of engine limitations and performance optimization;
• Proficiency in Adobe products and prototyping tools;
• Solid understanding of the mobile games market;
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work;
• Experience working in game development;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Positive and constructive approach to giving and receiving feedback;
• Understanding of marketing art principles;
• Experience using AI tools to optimize tasks;
• Russian - native or fluent (required).
